Job Description

We’re seeking a talented and creative Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. Responsibilities
  • Craft and edit captivating reels for various social media platforms, staying ahead of the latest trends and best practices
  • Utilize Canva to update and create stunning visual content, ensuring brand consistency across all client materials
  • Develop and manage engaging content for monthly newsletters, keeping clients’ audiences informed and connected
  • Execute comprehensive social media management strategies for multiple clients, including content planning, posting, and engagement monitoring
  • Collaborate with the agency team to implement innovative marketing strategies and plans
  • Create and schedule regular social media posts that align with each client’s brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Assist with light administrative tasks to support overall agency operations, including:
    • Preparing and sending monthly invoices to clients via email
    • Crafting and dispatching welcoming onboarding emails to new clients
    • Maintaining and updating the internal CRM system to ensure accurate client data
  • Contribute to business planning initiatives, offering creative input and strategic insights
Requirements
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Proficiency in video editing software, with a particular focus on creating and editing engaging reels
  • Advanced skills in Canva for template editing, graphic design, and visual content creation
  • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different client brands
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent time management skills to juggle multiple client accounts effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic administrative tasks
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively with a remote team
  • Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and digital marketing innovations
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving client social media strategies
  • Comfortable with potential increases in workload as the agency continues to grow and expand its client base
