What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable.
Receive and initiate payment of client invoices via bank website and/or online tools such as Bill.com or Brex.
Review and approve client expense reports with adherence to each company’s unique expense policy.
Track, process, and reconcile all transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Support team managers in meeting deadlines and providing relevant details to clients.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
CPA certification.
Experience in partnership and/or fund accounting (2-5 years).
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Superior proficiency with MS Excel and QuickBooks Online.
Working knowledge of tools such as Bill.com, Brex, and Expensify.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task while handling daily client needs.
Interest in delivering superior client service.
