Staffing Associate – Healthcare Staffing (Remote Position)

The Staff Pad has partnered with a Healthcare Staffing company who is making a meaningful difference in rural healthcare! Do you enjoy connecting with healthcare providers to help them find impactful work? If so, consider joining our client as a Staffing Associate specializing in healthcare staffing for rural and remote communities.

Position Overview:

The Staffing Associate’s mission is to amplify the Staffing department's ability to efficiently fill jobs, provide small-town service, and build relationships. The Staffing Associate does this through the ownership of key procedural tasks within the department, as well as acting as an additional point of contact for clients and providers, enhancing communication and relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own key procedural tasks within the Staffing department, amplifying the department's ability to efficiently fill jobs, provide small-town service, and build relationships
  • Contribute to the strategic plan for our Staffing department
  • Work cohesively with all of WMS’s departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • The competencies above
  • Experience in the healthcare field required
  • Track record of success in previous positions
  • Excellent computer skills and experience including Microsoft Office

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay: $23-$25 an hour DOE
  • Additional Compensation: Quarterly profit sharing

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
