What We're Looking For

As our Head of Product Experimentation, you will define and drive the strategic vision for experimentation, ensuring it becomes a core competitive advantage for Welltech. You will lead a high-performing team, develop robust experimentation infrastructure, and shape how we learn, innovate, and optimize our products at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & Scale the Experimentation Function
  Establish a best-in-class experimentation team, defining processes, tooling, and governance to ensure scalability and impact.

• Define & Execute the Experimentation Strategy
  Develop a roadmap that balances immediate business needs with long-term investments in infrastructure, methodologies, and education.

• Operationalize Experimentation at Scale
  Oversee the entire experimentation lifecycle—design, execution, and analysis—ensuring scientific rigor, automation, and trust in results.

• Influence & Educate Across the Organization
  Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to integrate experimentation into strategic decision-making and drive adoption.

• Continuously Improve & Innovate
  Stay ahead of industry best practices, refine methodologies, and foster a test-and-learn culture that accelerates Welltech’s growth.

Required Skills:

• Extensive Experimentation Experience
  8+ years in product management, analytics, or experimentation roles, with a strong background in A/B testing and statistical methods.

• Technical and Analytical Expertise
  Proficiency with event tracking, experimentation platforms (e.g., Statsig, Optimizely), and analytics tools—plus a solid understanding of coding or prototyping.

• Strategic Leadership
  Proven ability to define objectives, manage competing priorities, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful results.

• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management
  Skilled at conveying complex insights clearly and working with diverse teams to drive alignment and adoption of experimentation principles.

• Collaborative Mindset
  A flexible, hands-on leader who fosters trust, values diverse perspectives, and promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
