ONE HITS is seeking qualified applicants to join our technical team as an HIM / SCA Applications Analyst.
Reporting to the Ancillary Systems Manager as part of the ancillary operations team The Health Information Management (HIM) / Scanning and Archiving (SCA) Applications Analyst will work closely with ONE HITS technical, business, ancillary and clinical teams, primarily to support operations.
The HIM / SCA Applications Team is responsible for the design and build of module content as needed by member sites and for the day-to-day support of ONE HITS member sites, including: system monitoring, issue resolution, system maintenance, ongoing application optimizations and implementation of system changes.
The HIM / SCA Applications Analyst will also participate in and support governance through team working groups and committees as well as operational standardization following the creation of MEDITECH Expanse module content.
Analysts have an important role to play as customer service representatives building and fostering relationships with our member healthcare sites.
