Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers to implement and optimize applications, with a focus on Microfrontends (MFE), performance optimization, cache management, and persona management.
Design and develop microservices, serverless functions, and headless API architectures to improve system efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized, seamless, and personalized user experiences.
Implement caching strategies and persona management solutions to enhance application performance and responsiveness.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, ensuring the integration of new tools and practices that foster innovation and technical excellence.
Guide the team in adopting best practices in development and encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure high performance, scalability, and a robust user experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive experience with React, Microfrontends (MFE), and microservices architecture.
