Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2.5+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. 
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy and messaging.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content and storytelling.

Core responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals to grow the brands online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. 
  • Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform. 
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting. 
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster relationships with the audience.
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. 
  • Use insights to optimize strategies and content. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and product launches. 
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media strategies to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
