Jumpstart your sales career with Panduit’s Global Accounts Team! As a Global Accounts Sales Associate, you’ll support a portfolio of global clients while being mentored by an experienced Global Account Manager. This role offers hands-on experience in strategic account management, revenue growth, and customer engagement. You’ll play a key role in sales activities, qualifying accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders, and helping execute strategies that drive business expansion. What You Will Do

  • Revenue Growth & Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new opportunities, support growth strategies, research market trends, and track key metrics in CRM.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, build strong relationships, and assist in developing strategic account plans.
  • Sales Process & Opportunity Management: Support complex sales cycles, manage proposals and contracts, track pipeline activity, and collaborate across teams for seamless execution.
  • Customer Experience & Operational Support: Ensure smooth customer interactions, resolve issues, monitor order fulfillment, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Learning & Development: Receive mentorship, participate in sales and product training, and contribute to process improvements for global account management.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field required; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 4+ years in sales, account management, or customer support; high-tech industry experience a plus. Experience in a global business environment preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess account health and identify growth opportunities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software: Proficiency with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Microsoft Office. 
  • Travel: Willing to travel up to 20% for customer meetings, trade shows, and sales events.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
