Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join Huntington as a Franchise Operations Trainer. The role of the Franchise Operations Trainer acts in a training and support role with franchisees to help improve their profitability and overall KPIs. This is accomplished through Local Area Meetings, center visits, and frequent phone calls.  Goal setting and overcoming objections and resistance to initiatives are key components of the job. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Conduct field visits with franchisees, focused on improving profitability, analyzing results, compliance, and planning for the future.  Travel is 50% based on regional needs. 
  • Conduct Local Area Meetings and various trainings in designated areas focused on seasonal issues and improving profitability.
  • Working with your FBC to plan and conduct focus calls to follow up with franchisees after their initial monthly call. 
  • Improve revenue and profitability of assigned franchisees for all business segments.
  • Ensure that franchisees are providing every student with the best education possible.
  • Follow up and revise action plans with franchisees to meet corporate and individual center goals.
  • Assist franchisees in the formation of business and marketing plans.
  • Attend and participate, where appropriate, in local ADI cooperative meetings.
  • Develop monthly tips to include seasonal issues and relevant topics.
  • Attend all appropriate company center trainings, meetings, and regional seminars.
