Job description

How would you bring in new deals in the Finnish Market?
Keepit is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team and focus on bringing our market leading solution to new customers in the Finnish Market.

We are growing fast as a company, and we are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup services to a global audience. As part of our expansion, we have brought in talented sales professionals across the globe and now we are looking to further develop our team in the Nordics, which we consider our home market, being a Danish company.

As Enterprise Account Executive at Keepit, you will play a vital role in our ambitious expansion plans. Working with our SDRs, partners and Partner Sales team you will focus your effort on managing the full sales cycle with new potential customers. You will build relations of trust with key stakeholders, uncover needs and pains, communicate the business value of our market leading solution, and drive the sales process. You will work with the support of our competent team of Solution Engineers, but as our solution is simple and user-friendly, you will quickly be able to drive most of the sales process on your own.

Central tasks as Enterprise Account Executive with Keepit:

  • Own the complete sales cycle of deals in the Finnish market, including nurturing contacts, conducting screen share or in-person demos of Keepit’s SaaS solution, managing pipeline, and forecasting correctly on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Establish and nurture strong relations with customers and key decision-makers to sell Keepit’s platform and software solution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Partner Manager in the region.
  • Leverage your network of potential customers and partners to help us grow a thriving partner-eco system in the region.
  • Work creatively to hunt for new business and build new relations with potential customers by thinking outside the box and brainstorming new ideas with sales leadership.

As an Account Executive, you will be joining our team covering the Nordics and Benelux and report to our VP of Sales, Lars Christiansen. We expect you to work from within the region. 1.  SaaS sales: The ideal candidate can build trustworthy relations with key stakeholders and balance different needs and agendas without compromising credibility. These skills could come from the relevant experience in technology sales to larger companies, account management, or business development.

2.  A structured approach to sales: A key to success in the role will be the ability to work in an efficient and structured manner to prioritize your time an effort. Experience with MEDPICC methodology or similar is a big plus.

3.  The business value of SaaS Backup: Excellent understanding of the business value our solution can bring to our customers is key for this role. The role thus requires a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the backup- and recovery space, storage, or it-infrastructure, for example from competing solutions, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the business impacts of our product.

4.  Hunter-mentality: We are looking for someone ready to hunt for new business. We believe this requires a hunter-mentality and a person prepared to spend time and energy seeking new business relations. We believe this requires the discipline to keep going in the face of adversity and the will to systematically work to improve on both strengths and weaknesses to bring in more revenue. Having an existing customer network throughout the region would be a key asset.

5.  Entrepreneurial spirit: We are passionate about our workplace, and we know that a good work environment and great collaboration across our organization are crucial to achieving our ambitious goals. For the position, we are looking for someone who is self-sufficient and can take the initiative and who can at the same time be a positive contributor to our team, working remotely across the region. We need someone who can make a concrete and realistic plan and take ownership of the territory, while at the same time being able to go out for a sparring session, and creatively co-develop ideas when things are not progressing as planned.
