This is a remote position.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dynamics 365 CRM Tester & Test Automation Specialist. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases to validate CRM functionalities, integrations, and custom developments. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and user expectations.



 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Dynamics 365 CRM applications (Sales, Marketing).
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and consultants to resolve issues.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Power Automate, or Azure DevOps Test Plans.
  • Validate data integrity and system performance across different environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies and best practices for CRM projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security guidelines, and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Provide reports and insights on test results, coverage, and defect trends.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • 3+ years of Experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Power Automate, Postman (for API testing), C#, or JavaScript-based frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps Test Plans, TestNG, or JMeter is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify edge cases and potential system vulnerabilities.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with developers, consultants, and business users.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive tester with strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to ensure the quality and functionality of software through thorough testing and collaboration with development teams.
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
