Job Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of proven experience as a Draftsperson with a strong focus on Revit. 
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Revit models, including families and parametric designs. 
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings. 
  • Have access to their own Revit license.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed 2D and 3D models using Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate design concepts into technical drawings and documentation.
  • Maintain and update Revit families, templates, and libraries for project consistency and efficiency. 
  • Review and refine drawings to meet client and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality of work. 
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Revit-related issues. 
  • Assist in the coordination and integration of multidisciplinary designs within the Revit environment.
