  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and databases. 
  • Excellent research skills and ability to validate information effectively.

Core responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting and updating data into client systems with precision and speed. 
  • Research and Validation: Conducting thorough research to validate vendor and supplier information, ensuring compliance with company standards. 
  • Database Maintenance: Regularly auditing and cleaning databases to maintain data integrity and reliability. 
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to data entry processes and supplier validation. 
  • Reporting: Generating reports on data quality, vendor validation status, and other relevant metrics as needed.
