Min 2.5 years Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a service or maintenance industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software
Core responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or chat. Provide clear and accurate information about our services and resolve any questions or concerns. Schedule and confirm service appointments and calls using our scheduling system. Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient job completion. Follow up with customers post-service to confirm satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Document customer feedback and relay important insights to management and operations teams. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
