Role Overview

Caarya has partnered with CareerIreland, a rapidly growing company based in Dublin, Ireland, specializing in global immigration solutions. CareerIreland is hiring full-time Customer Operations Associates to support its expanding operations.


As a Customer Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer communications, managing documentation processes, and supporting back-office operations.


What Youll Do

Customer Support: Respond to customer queries via email in a professional and timely

manner.

Documentation Review: Process and verify customer documents related to visa and

immigration services.

Backend Operations: Handle paperwork, maintain records, and ensure accurate filing

of immigration-related applications.

Digital Workflow Management (good to have): Use AI and other digital tools to

enhance efficiency in documentation and customer communication.
