What youโll be doing?
๐ธ You will assist our US partner in doing content curation for their website;
๐ธ You will review new accounts and their graphic designs in order to decide if they are a good fit for our partnerโs platform, based on their guidelines and protocols;
๐ธ Youโll rate each account and design based on their content, while proposing the disable or removal of unfitted accounts and designs;
๐ธ You will be responsible for the accounts in your queue and any other operational tasks assigned by the client or by your team leader;
๐ธ You will monitor results and report to your line managers in the US and RO by attending weekly internal alignment meetings;
๐ธ You will build and maintain a good relationship with our US-based partner to better understand their needs and business priorities -- meetings, Slack & email conversations.
About you
๐ Coming with previous experience in a similar position, with a background in content moderation, customer support, data entry or operations is considered a plus;
๐ You have excellent communication skills, especially in English - we are looking for at least a C1 proficiency, both written and spoken;
๐ Having hands-on experience with Google Spreadsheets or a similar tool is considered a plus;
๐ Having experience with graphic design tools like Photoshop, Canva or a similar tool is considered a plus;
๐ You have the ability to work independently, while also being a great team player;
๐ You are attentive to detail, very well organized and able to follow a step-by-step process.
