Job description

We are looking ๐Ÿ”Ž for a fantastic Operations Approval Queue Agent to join our team and assist one of our key partners based in the US ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ (an apparel company). Sounds cool? Keep reading. โฉ

...but you can always drop by our locations in Bucharest and Cluj if youโ€™re around.

What youโ€™ll be doing?
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ You will assist our US partner in doing content curation for their website;
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ You will review new accounts and their graphic designs in order to decide if they are a good fit for our partnerโ€™s platform, based on their guidelines and protocols;
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ Youโ€™ll rate each account and design based on their content, while proposing the disable or removal of unfitted accounts and designs;
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ You will be responsible for the accounts in your queue and any other operational tasks assigned by the client or by your team leader;
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ You will monitor results and report to your line managers in the US and RO by attending weekly internal alignment meetings;
  • ๐Ÿ”ธ You will build and maintain a good relationship with our US-based partner to better understand their needs and business priorities -- meetings, Slack & email conversations.

  • About you
  • ๐ŸŒ€ Coming with previous experience in a similar position, with a background in content moderation, customer support, data entry or operations is considered a plus;
  • ๐ŸŒ€ You have excellent communication skills, especially in English - we are looking for at least a C1 proficiency, both written and spoken;
  • ๐ŸŒ€ Having hands-on experience with Google Spreadsheets or a similar tool is considered a plus;
  • ๐ŸŒ€ Having experience with graphic design tools like Photoshop, Canva or a similar tool is considered a plus;
  • ๐ŸŒ€ You have the ability to work independently, while also being a great team player;
  • ๐ŸŒ€ You are attentive to detail, very well organized and able to follow a step-by-step process.
