 The successful candidate will train as a Travel Professional and specialize in Cabin Travel & the reservations process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial inquiry through to post-stay follow-up. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately manage and process incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms, ensuring all bookings are recorded and confirmed promptly.
  • Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to clients, addressing inquiries regarding cabin availability, amenities, pricing, and local attractions.
  • Ensuring all guest information and preferences are accurately captured and communicated to relevant departments.
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the reservation process and guest stay.
  • Process payments, manage invoicing, and handle any related financial transactions associated with reservations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional services, packages, or amenities to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
  • Effectively manage and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during a guest’s stay, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes.
Requirements: 
  • 18 and coachable
  • Must have a phone (laptop also preferred, but not required)
  • Must have good internet connection.
  • Must be able to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to plan and manage client’s needs with little to no supervision.
  • Eagerness and capacity to learn
