TITLE: Manager, People ( Recruiting Sourcer) 

REPORTS TO: Director, Recruiting & Talent Strategy  

LOCATION: Remote

Job duration : 6 Month contract, part time, 20 hours/week 

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in direct sourcing techniques. Possess a strong ability to network, research, and understand local & national markets. You have a willingness to cold call, outreach and deploy social media strategies to fill positions across all levels of our organization.  You are creative and innovative in ways to find solutions for identifying untapped or hard-to-find talent to join our organization. This person will support recruiters with filling positions through active sourcing and lead sourcing and pipeline projects. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Sourcing & Recruiting 

  • Support recruiters to fill positions by utilizing active sourcing techniques (resume mining, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Indeed and alternative search techniques)
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates.
  • Collect/ Analyze/ share sourcing date with Recruiters
  • Create talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Update and maintain with accuracy the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
  • Communicate with the People Team in order to ensure timely communication with hiring managers, and candidates in a professional manner.
  • Source and screen resumes of applicants as needed 
  • Additional duties as required 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO US:

Professional Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of applicable experience sourcing for professional level positions including position in the Information Technology field  
  • Experienced sourcing for hard to find talent for various roles
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates to fill open positions
  • Experience building and managing candidate pipelines to meet future hiring needs
  • Ability to lead sourcing/ recruiting projects
  • Experience working collaboratively and supporting multiple recruiters,  sourcing for multiple positions, setting goals, and communicating effectively to ensure alignment on expectations between yourself and the recruiters.    

 

Highly preferred

  • Experience sourcing for Development/ Fundraising positions
  • Experience sourcing for Sales/ Business development positions
  • Experience sourcing for niche IT/Technical positions  
  • Experience sourcing in the non-profit sector
  • Experience using the Greenhouse Applicant tracking system

For this role specifically, we are targeting a pay range of 25$/hour - 28$/hour. The pay difference is typically determined by several factors, including the selected candidate's geography and alignment with qualifications and experience.
