Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project processes

• Monitor task deadlines

• Plan tasks for the development team/contractors

• Assign new tasks

• Hold regular project meetings with the team

• Discuss tasks with the product team

• Solve project-related problems

• Keep project reports and documentation updated

• Manage project risks and anticipate issues

• Organize and optimize team workflows (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)

• Manage stakeholder expectations

• Evaluate technical tasks before assignment

Required Experience and Skills:

• At least 3 years of Project Manager experience in IT

• Gambling industry experience is a plus

• Technical background (e.g., developer or QA experience) is an advantage

• Experience with Jira/ClickUp

• Knowledge of Scrum/Kanban/Agile

• Familiarity with SDLC

• Task prioritization (MoSCoW, WSJF)

• SLA management

• Project metrics (KPI, OKR) analysis
