The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey? 

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Associate where you will play a critical role in candidate and employee experience on the People and Ops Team. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Recruitment: 

  • Assist in screening candidates and conducting preliminary interviews 

  • Perform reference checks, manage background checks, and coordinate offer processes 

  • Sync with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process 

Human Resources: 

  • Help with onboarding new employees and maintaining high engagement  

  • Support Australian compliance requirements  

  • Assist in drafting HR policies 

  • Manage internal communications through various systems 

  • Produce reports and insights on employee data using our HRIS system 

Cultural Initiatives: 

  • Take a leading role in driving a positive culture and “vibe” across a global remote team 

  • Organize and run virtual social events to foster team spirit 

  • Develop engaging content for employee engagement and creative activities 

  • Create and distribute a monthly newsletter to keep employees informed and engaged 

  • Support collecting and analysing employee survey data and developing action plans 

Operations: 

  • Assist in evaluating and implementing new systems and platforms 

  • Create and update general onboarding and training materials for new employees 

  • Draft employment communications and create content for the employee wiki 

  • Provide general support across people operations as needed
