Position: Business Development Manager (Bilingual: English and German)
Location: Hungary, Germany or Austria - Remote with travel for customer meetings, team get-togethers and conferences.

Summary of Role
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers, especially in the DACH region.
Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Arrange business meetings with prospective customers
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting customers’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Closing and negotiating sales
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Work closely with the business unit leader to take the business unit to the next level
Help growing the BEAM ecosystem and community
Requirements and Skills
Proven sales track record
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to oversee existing customer projects (holding a PMP, Prince2, SCRUM or other project management certificate would be useful but not essential)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships; experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) to track and optimise sales performance
Communicate and negotiate effectively in English and German
Conduct market research and leverage knowledge to drive decision making
Ability to build rapport
Manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks to meet business objectives
Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
