Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing scalable, robust and high-quality solutions. As an engineer you are a professional with several years of hands-on experience, possessing advanced technical skills and in-depth knowledge. You excel in problem-solving, effective communication, guiding and mentoring other engineers, making critical technical decisions, and contributing to the strategic direction of projects.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design, Computer Science or related field.

Professional Experience
5+ years of valuable experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• Strong technical support skills.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of design fundamentals and methodologies (e.g., design principles, adaptive design, design thinking)Experience using design tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Sketch, Adobe)
• Experience with the product design process (e.g., sketching, wireframing, prototyping)
• Proven experience in creating UX deliverables, from user research data and/or any other source provided. (e.g. User personas, journey map, service blueprint, information architecture)
• Familiar with development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in quality assurance and testing relevant to UI/UX design (e.g., visual testing, usability testing)
• Knowledge and understanding of how to design for inclusivity and accessibility.

Nice to Have skills

• Basic HTML / CSS knowledge.
