Senior Manager, Merchandising – NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Lead the management of merchandising KPIs through robust analysis of retail insights and performance; utilize marketplace data, consumer insights, foresight, and hindsight to make decisions, influence and develop seasonal plans to serve Nike’s consumer; provide qualitative and quantitative insights to the Product Creation teams, the counterparts on Global Merchandising teams across Fields of Play and gender constructs; build relationships with stakeholders to build and land assortments that meet the needs of consumers, take them to a new place, and differentiate the key points of distribution across key cities; and collaborate with cross-functional team to maintain the optimal balance between a pull and push market. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or Marketing and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a marketing-related occupation.
