As our Junior Service Implementation Specialist, you will be part of the Global Messaging team, reporting to the Manager for Global Service Implementation. Our cloud communication platform reaches every mobile phone on the planet – in seconds or less.
The main task of the service implementation team is to integrate and implement mobile messaging solutions with Sinch customers and partners globally, but not only that.
This is a vital role within the company and you will cooperate with our sales teams, global messaging teams, support, service operations and operators. Your primary focus will be on administering and directing customer provisioning to ensure that our sales and implementation cycles are executed efficiently, maintaining good communication with suppliers and supporting staff with a number of different tasks.
