This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Post Scheduling

Plan, schedule, and publish content across our OnlyFans accounts for the week ahead using our CRM system (Infloww).

Mass Messaging

Draft and schedule mass messages to clients in alignment with the weekly content strategy to drive engagement and conversions.

Content Calendar Management

Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistency in posting and messaging, adhering to brand guidelines and promotional timelines.

Performance Monitoring

Track engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, and subscriptions) and provide detailed reports on the performance of scheduled posts and mass messages.

Strategy Alignment

Coordinate with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaign strategies.

Content Optimization

Analyze past performance data to optimize future posts and messages for maximum reach and engagement.

Community Management

Monitor and respond to client interactions, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community.

Trend Analysis

Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance content performance and audience engagement.

Compliance Management

Ensure all scheduled content complies with OnlyFans’ policies and brand standards.

Requirements

Experience

Proven experience in social media management, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content.
Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Infloww, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms

Organizational Skills

Strong organizational abilities to maintain and update content calendars, manage deadlines, and ensure consistent posting.
