Job description

What you will do

  • Location in Wuhan, drive for NEXPERIA region sales and focused accounts growth in HuBei, HuNan and HeNan province.
  • Understanding the customer ‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues. Identifying opportunities and promoting NEXPERIA products and NEXPERIA Value Propositions specifically for target customers or field to complete yearly sales and design-in target.
  • Able to dig out opportunity and make business plan from target customers with A/B/C Gap analysis.
  • Drive and lead region MM growth. Work with local Disti to approach yearly growth target. Manage and work with Disti to identify and explore new growth engine in the region.
  • Ensuring that all key internal systems and processes are updated on timely cadence with accurate information.
  • Developing a Customer Business Plan clearly communicating expectation and requirements towards NEXPERIA in order to meet business targets.
  • Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organization
  • Capable of working independently under pressure

What you will need

  • University background / education in electrical engineering, with technical background is necessary.
  • Minimum 5+ Years Technical Sales/Marketing/FAE experience in the Semiconductor working with HV, analog devices. Familiarize customers in the region is plus.
  • Familiarize with Nexperia Discrete and products.
  • Proven track record in Account Management – Preferably with major in Industry and Auto
  • The ability to execute quickly and skillfully involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including EXCEL, PowerPoint
  • Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to travel.
