Job description

Position Summary:

The CRO Specialist will be a full-time position responsible for supporting the landing page strategy for paid media campaigns and testing strategies for landing pages and brand websites. This role’s responsibilities include testing improved page design iterations on landing pages and webpages, collaborating across marketing teams to facilitate projects and implement changes, and distribute learnings across the department. The goal of the CRO team is to identify areas of friction for the end user and iteratively eliminate roadblocks, making it as easy as possible for prospective students to find what they are looking for and convert.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Working with the CRO Manager to create a robust end-to-end CRO strategy.
  • Maintain portfolio of landing pages across brands to stay up to date with compliance policies, brand guidelines, and design implementations.
  • Contribute to a testing roadmap that consists of multiple brands, marketing channels and web experiences.
  • Partner with web developers to design and modify current web experiences.
  • Share insights about heatmaps and in-depth testing analyses with stakeholders.
  • Build test recaps that strongly communicate the business story behind the data and further a culture of data-driven decision making.
  • Master page testing tools and manage testing setup, traffic segmentation, debugging, and test result reporting.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the media landscape and how CRO contributes to it.
  • Understanding of webpage design best practices.
  • 2+ years of experience managing A/B testing, multivariate testing, optimizations, and web analytics.
  • Familiarity with VWO, Instapage, and Sitecore preferred.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Strong project management abilities and able to organize and prioritize multiple goals under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to performance challenges in a market and environment that changes constantly.
  • Well-honed presentation and communication skills.
  • High level of autonomy and self-motivation.
