Responsibilities
:

  • Generate and update WordPress pages using existing templates (20-30 pages per day)
  • Manage and execute newsletter campaigns using MailChimp
  • Conduct research and lead generation on LinkedIn for targeted marketing efforts
  • Assist with formatting and sending newsletters
  • Update and maintain Google Docs spreadsheets for tracking website pages
  • Support various digital marketing initiatives as needed

Scope:

  • Flexible 20 hours per week, with regular weekly check-ins.
  • Manage the creation and updating of 600+ WordPress pages per month
  • Assist in lead generation and newsletter distribution to counselors across the country
  • Support the expansion of online presence for mediation services in multiple states and countries
  • Contribute to the growth of the business through consistent content creation and marketing efforts
