Product Data Analyst

As a Product Data Analyst at Phrase, you will play a pivotal role in guiding product prioritization through data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to implement analytics functionalities that empower our customers to make informed decisions. You will influence the development of data products for customers, participate in strategic discussions, respond to input from our customers to address their needs.Your work will be instrumental in bringing our Product vision to life and driving the success of Phrase's innovative localization solutions.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Develop and implement analytics functionalities within the Control Hub domain to support data-driven decision-making for customers.
• Conduct detailed statistical analyses and data visualizations to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Manage competing priorities while navigating a high-context-switching environment.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their data needs and gather feedback to help improve the product continuously.
• Work closely with the BI/Data team and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and optimize analytics solutions.
• Influence strategic decision-making by providing evidence-based insights and recommendations.

What you need:

• Proven experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving within a product-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data tools and platforms commonly used for product analytics.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• A strategic mindset with a basic understanding of product management principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or participating in customer calls is a plus.
