As a team member, you will conduct Agile practices and rites with the team. 

Be responsible for spearheading communication with the Client and ensuring the team is focused on achieving client needs and goals.

In terms of skills, we are seeking someone who:

- Has experience in creating rapport with the client.

- Has experience in bridging Business, Technical and Process perspectives.

- Has experience in Roadmap and Delivery Plans.

- Has experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

- Has advanced English skills for communicating with the client.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Participating in status meetings.

- Be capable of reporting progress to the client.

- Propose the best approach so the client can achieve their best goals with the required timeframe.

- Comprehend and adapt to a highly fluid environment with prioritization shifts.

- Assisting other team members in developing their skills.

- Structure and conduct Sprints with CI&T teams and Client.

- Working in high-performance agile teams within international contracts.

- Great Spanish and English communication.
