Position Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to ensure our Salesforce platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Architecture & Design: Define the overall Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalable, high-performing, and secure solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and integrations (e.g., Plaid, Fiserv, Marketing Cloud). 
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, admins, and integration teams. 
  • Solution Implementation: Lead the design of complex Salesforce configurations, custom development (Apex, LWC, Flows), and integrations using APIs and middleware. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. 
  • Data & Security Governance: Implement best practices for data architecture, security, and compliance within Salesforce. 
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve system performance issues, optimize processes, and ensure best practices in Salesforce development. 
  • Integration & Automation: Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and automation. 
  • Documentation & Standards: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, enforce development standards, and drive continuous improvement in Salesforce practices. 
Qualifications & Experience 
  • Salesforce Expertise: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, development, and administration. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns. 
  • Experience with Clouds: Strong experience with Sales, Service, Marketing & Revenue Cloud.
  • Integration Knowledge: Expertise in middleware solutions like MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar platforms. 
  • Project Leadership: Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, migrations, and system enhancements. 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization. 
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Certifications: Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA) preferred; other relevant certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect, Platform Developer II) a plus. 
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and Salesforce DX. 
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a Scrum team environment.

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$128,000$160,000 USD
