The Administrative Coordinator will assist the EA Lead in supporting administrative responsibilities for the U.S. Commercial Team.  This person will be instrumental in off-site meeting planning, submitting and maintaining purchase orders, submitting expense reports for the Commercial VPs, planning off-site dinners, and supporting all administrative task work.  As an Administrative Coordinator you will be a proactive member of the team with a keen attention to detail which will ensure the success of the Telix US organization.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of administrative operations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and contributing to a productive work environment.
  • Provide expert management of expense reporting for U.S. Commercial Vice Presidents, demonstrating strong attention to detail and financial acumen.
  • Oversee the purchase order and invoice management process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Executive Administration Lead - Americas, contributing to the effective implementation of key operational initiatives.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • Confident communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office suite
  • Exposure to broad range of administrative and general office responsibilities such as bookkeeping, customer service, event planning, and local vendor management
  • Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
