Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Strapi.
Develop APIs and customize Strapi plugins as needed.
Optimize existing code for better performance and scalability.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and infrastructure optimization.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 5 years of Strapi experience.
Strong understanding of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong understanding of headless CMS architecture and content management workflows.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
