Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Remote LICSW – Full-Time Telehealth Position in Iowa

We are looking for licensed clinicians to provide virtual therapy services, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Our organization prioritizes accessibility, integrity, and high-quality care. To support your clinical work, we manage all administrative tasks, allowing you to focus solely on client care.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and social needs
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Support clients and families in managing mental health challenges
• Advocate for clients, connecting them with essential community resources

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Active LICSW license in Iowa
• Experience in nonprofit, telehealth, or similar clinical settings is a plus
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and advocacy
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
