The Technical Instructor is responsible for delivering high quality, instructor-led training for our customers. The individual in this role will lead instructional webinars and private training sessions. As a member of Egnyte’s Customer Enablement team you will also be a part of the larger Customer Success organization which is responsible for helping our user base see the value Egnyte brings to their organizations.
