What you will do: 
The Growth Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Growth team, ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and coordination of key activities. This role involves managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and supporting small event planning. With strong organizational and communication skills, the Growth Support Coordinator plays a critical role in streamlining workflows and facilitating collaboration across the organization.
  • Manage and maintain executive schedule, including scheduling/booking travel and  conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments
  • Answering and directing calls to appropriate executives and parties, taking messages
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing correspondence, including email, Workplace, and WP Chat
  • Attend meetings, take notes and contribute when appropriate
  • Prepare, submit expense reports and track team reports and credit card usage
  • Planning and Coordinating small events
  • Reading and analyzing submissions, letters, agendas, memos and route to appropriate personnel  in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare reports, collect and analyze information; prepare presentations.  
  • Prepare executive responses to memos, letters, or correspondence  
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to  other staff members when appropriate 
  • Work with Growth Team members and all members of eXp Realty and World Holdings
  • Other Accountabilities as Assigned
How you will grab our attention: 
  • High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience
  • 0-2 years experience 
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience and/or Google Suite required  
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to be detail oriented.  
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal  
  • Budgeting and expense report coordination experience required  
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service including conflict resolution required
