Position Summary

As a People Operations Business Partner, you will play a hands-on, integral role in driving an exceptional team member experience holistically and consistently throughout the full team member lifecycle for your respective divisions.  You will use expert skills to lead the PO team on projects and other areas/initiatives. You are able to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves and expertly handling important tactical responsibilities with ease.  

 

What You’ll Do

  • Strategically collaborate with your regional leaders to deliver people-focused solutions that drive engagement, retention, and performance. 
  • Enthusiastically serve as the first point of contact for the People Operations Generalists, providing coaching, guidance, and support. 
  • Act as the HCM systems expert, serving as the go-to resource for system-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and process improvements. 
  • Meticulously oversee and own People Ops projects, creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution. 
  • Proactively support team members through every stage of the team member lifecycle for your regions —from recruitment, onboarding and development to offboarding—with precision and care. 
  • Avidly identify top talent for your region to support our growing teams. 
  • Diligently manage and improve processes to ensure team member data, benefits, and systems are accurate, seamless, and reliable. 
  • Regularly monitor employment law compliance changes and provide recommendations on required changes. 
  • Thoroughly manage benefits administration, ensuring team members have a clear understanding of their options, eligibility, and support throughout the year. 
  • Thoughtfully coach leaders in your regions to empower them in addressing performance challenges, fostering a culture of accountability, clarity, and trust. You’ll guide, not solve—ensuring managers build confidence in their leadership capabilities. 
  • Continuously analyze key PO metrics and trends to identify opportunities to improve programs, policies, and processes. 
  • Empathetically navigate sensitive team member situations, delivering solutions discreetly, thoughtfully, and in compliance with applicable laws. 
  • Relentlessly champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging by promoting equitable processes and practices. 

 

What You Bring

Minimum:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in HR Management, Organizational Behavior or other HR-related concentrations.  
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years’ hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines. 
  • A proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • The capacity to communicate clearly, respectfully, and thoughtfully with team members at all levels. 
  • Proven experience leading and managing projects, with the ability to strategically plan, organize, and deliver initiatives on time and impactfully. 
  • Experience training other HR team members in different aspects of HR. 
  • A knack for data and analytics (intermediate to expert level) – spreadsheets excite you! 
  • A passion for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful impact. 
  • The ability to prioritize tasks confidently and manage competing priorities seamlessly. 
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical research preferred but not required.
