Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm Eastern
  • Collaborate directly with the real estate agent/influencer to understand business needs and goals

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential real estate clients in New York and Miami markets
  • Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, chats, DMs) for influencer marketing opportunities
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria
  • Schedule appointments for the real estate agent/influencer with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments in the provided system
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for appointments set
  • Post content provided by the client in social media to aid in getting leads


Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in cold calling or appointment setting (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Basic social media knowledge​
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
