Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm Eastern
Collaborate directly with the real estate agent/influencer to understand business needs and goals

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential real estate clients in New York and Miami markets
Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, chats, DMs) for influencer marketing opportunities
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria
Schedule appointments for the real estate agent/influencer with qualified prospects
Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments in the provided system
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for appointments set
Post content provided by the client in social media to aid in getting leads

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in cold calling or appointment setting (real estate experience is a plus)
Basic social media knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
