What We're Looking For
Our US-based client, an e-commerce company specializing in acquiring and growing Made-in-USA brands, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support across multiple channels. This role is essential in ensuring high customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining the brand’s reputation for quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and order-related issues while coordinating with shipping carriers for lost or delayed packages.
  • Resolve customer concerns on first contact whenever possible, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to assist customers and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Accurately log interactions in the CRM system and track key customer service metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Gorgias and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage high-volume interactions with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling.
