Job description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator at ProArch to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in task management, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Emails: Allocate dedicated time to respond to emails and generate new tasks as required, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Task Management: Review and complete tasks, ensuring that all past due tasks are addressed and cleared efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Account Executives to update and review active opportunities, overdue opportunities, pre-sales tickets, active projects, and open tickets. Upload new customers to HubSpot and assist with tasks and sequences.
  • UPS Labels: Generate UPS labels as needed to facilitate the shipping process.
  • Reporting: Generate updated renewal reports for hardware and software, and complete any additional reporting or assist in initiatives as designated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related job experience.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, especially HubSpot.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry.
  • Familiarity with UPS shipping processes and label generation.
