🚀 Our client, a cutting-edge tech company with global presence, is looking for a Community Manager (Spanish-speaking) in Colombia. This role involves growing brand awareness on social media, managing community interactions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand representation.

📍 Location: Remote – Colombia

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase brand visibility on social media platforms in collaboration with the content team.
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement, evaluating campaign performance and overall growth.
  • Respond to community inquiries, moderate discussions, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Develop strategies for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and messaging apps.
  • Manage and coordinate content calendars for various teams.
  • Identify trending topics and engagement opportunities aligned with the brand's identity.
  • Collaborate with growth, product, and analytics teams to align community goals and coordinate campaigns across multiple channels.
✅ Requirements:
  • Fluent Spanish (C1) and intermediate English (B1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and community management, preferably in the Casino/iGaming sector.
  •  Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Content creation skills, adapting messaging for various platforms.
  • Residence in Colombia.
