Director of Demand Generation - SAP
We seek an experienced Director of Demand Generation to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth and revenue for our SAP-focused solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B marketing, within the SAP ecosystem. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and contribute to Syntax's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy tailored to SAP solutions, targeting key industry verticals and market segments.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, webinars, events, and content marketing, to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Pipeline Growth: Work closely with sales and account teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives, focusing on generating qualified leads and accelerating the sales pipeline.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation efforts, providing regular performance reports and insights to the leadership team.
  • Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, optimizing spend across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of demand generation professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative marketing environment.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, with a focus on technology solutions, preferably within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and their implementation in driving targeted marketing efforts.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing operations, with the ability to create processes, workflows, and Salesforce campaigns ensuring accurate attribution and measurement of marketing efforts.
  • Experience in collaborating with SAP to leverage their campaigns and assets, ensuring that all allocated funds are effectively utilized and maximized for optimal results.
  • Experience in collaborating with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to ensure they are well-informed about upcoming campaigns and messaging, enabling effective lead engagement and maximizing conversion opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withs cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
