Location Details: United States - Remote

We are the team that owns the end-to-end user journey across web and app surfaces, ensuring seamless discovery, engagement, and adoption of our Point of Sale (POS) and Commerce SaaS products. We are passionate about optimizing user acquisition and conversion funnels. On this team, you'll spearhead checkout conversion strategy, and collaborate with GTM, Growth, UX, Marketing, and Engineering teams to boost user acquisition and revenue growth.

What you'll get to do...

  • Establish a clear vision for a frictionless and high-converting user journey. Challenge the status quo and drive innovation in how users discover, evaluate, and adopt our commerce solutions.
  • Lead GoDaddy's growth strategy for checkout conversion and acquisition funnels, focusing on conversion rate and customer lifetime value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our diverse customer segments, their difficulties, and their buying behaviors to optimize the discovery and purchase experience.
  • Define and measure key objectives (goals and milestones) and critical metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making to drive continuous improvement in the customer acquisition process.
  • Work together with GTM, Sales, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to implement funnel optimization strategies, A/B test new experiences, and provide a seamless commerce onboarding experience.
  • Leverage experimentation and data analytics to refine the user acquisition strategy, iterating quickly to unlock new channels and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in commerce, payments, and user growth, ensuring GoDaddy remains competitive and innovative in our customer acquisition approach.

Your experience should include...

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years leading conversion optimization, growth, or user acquisition efforts for SaaS or e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and behavioral analytics.
  • Experience in A/B testing, personalization, and data-driven decision-making to drive measurable growth.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic product initiatives passionate about acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Deep knowledge of checkout experiences, onboarding flows, and payment ecosystems in a commerce setting.
  • Strong UX and user psychology understanding, with an ability to craft frictionless customer journeys that drive engagement.
  • Experience working closely with GTM, Marketing, and Growth teams to coordinate strategies and align priorities.
