  • What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with leading Telco channel partners in the Mid-Northeast USA.
  • Drive pipeline generation by enabling partner sales, marketing, and service teams to achieve joint goals.
  • Facilitate effective positioning and sales of Ivanti solutions by empowering Telco partner B2B teams.
  • Collaborate with Ivanti sales teams to create winning joint sales strategies and provide deal support on strategic opportunities.
  • Identify business accelerators and cross-sell/upsell opportunities to enhance partner performance and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional activities involving marketing, promotions, and partner enablement to maximize engagement and business results.
  • Manage account planning, pipeline maintenance, and accurate forecasting to drive operational success for both internal and partner teams.
  • Exemplify leadership that fosters teamwork, accountability, and strong relationships with partners at all levels.
  • To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of B2B channel management experience, preferably in Telco or MSSP/VAR.
  • Proven track record of developing successful GTM strategies and partner enablement initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively engage with and lead diverse teams, both internally and externally.
  • Strong background in sales presentations and demonstrating enterprise software to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in Account Planning, pipeline management, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
  • Strong negotiation, prioritization, and time management skills with excellent communication capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Mobility, Security, Patch Management, and Vulnerability Management solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for partner support and attendance at business reviews and meetings.

  • Roadmap for Success
  • First 90 Days:
    • Onboard and familiarize with Ivanti's culture, products, and competitive landscape.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and the tier 1 Telco partner.
    • Conduct a thorough assessment of the current partner strategy and identify key areas for improvement.
    • Establish clear communication channels with the Telco partner's sales, marketing, and services teams.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of Ivanti solutions and sales tools.
    • Develop an initial pipeline of opportunities within the partner’s customer base.
    • Create a detailed plan outlining goals and strategies for enabling the partner's B2B teams.

  • First 6 Months:
    • Execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy developed in the first 90 days.
    • Deliver joint sales presentations and product demonstrations to the partner's teams.
    • Identify and implement partner enablement initiatives to improve their sales effectiveness.
    • Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the Ivanti sales team to ensure alignment.
    • Begin tracking KPIs and metrics tied to pipeline generation and partner performance.
    • Support the Telco partner in conducting at least 2 joint customer engagements or events.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of current promotions and programs to drive sales growth.

  • First 12 Months:
    • Achieve or exceed the established revenue quota of $2.5 – 3M total.
    • Compile and present a comprehensive review of partner performance, including successes and areas for enhancement.
    • Identify and initiate new cross-sell/upsell opportunities within the Telco partner's customer base.
    • Build on relationships to expand the network of potential channels and partners for future collaboration.
    • Continuously refine and adapt GTM strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.
    • Conduct regular training and enablement sessions to empower the partner's sales team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives, tradeshows, and promotions to drive partner engagement.
