What you will do:
The International Growth Manager will lead the growth and expansion of eXp Colombia by attracting high-performing agents and teams, ensuring agent productivity, and strengthening eXp’s market presence. This role is key to driving sustainable growth through recruitment, retention, and positioning eXp as the top choice for real estate professionals.
  • Agent Growth & Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to attract high-performing agents and independent teams.
  • Market Expansion & Strategic Alliances: Connect with top-performing agents and team leaders to integrate them into eXp. (Focused solely on agent recruitment, not buyers or sellers.)
  • Value Proposition Presentation: Clearly communicate the benefits of eXp’s model to potential agents and teams.
  • Market Positioning (Agent-Focused): Enhance eXp’s visibility within the real estate agent community by attending industry events and networking. (Not targeting end consumers.)
  • Agent Productivity & Retention: Ensure agents have the necessary training, tools, and support to maximize their performance.
  • Optimization of eXp’s Ecosystem: Help agents fully leverage eXp’s technology, tools, and resources.
  • Brand Advocacy & Influence: Act as an ambassador for eXp, building credibility and influence within the real estate industry.
How you will grab our attention:
  • Strong experience in agent recruitment and retention, preferably in a high-growth real estate environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Colombian real estate market and established industry connections.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to clearly articulate eXp’s value proposition.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of identifying growth opportunities and executing expansion plans.
  • Leadership & influence, inspiring agents to join and stay productive within eXp.
  • Data-driven decision-making, using KPIs to track success and optimize strategies.
  • Familiarity with real estate technology and digital tools, ensuring agents maximize their resources.
  • Regularly travel within Colombia to lead agent recruitment events, industry seminars, and networking activities.
  • English proficiency is a plus but not required.
