Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads through Apollo.io, LinkedIn, email, and HubSpot to schedule sales meetings for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to identify key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound lead generation using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, email, and HubSpot.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to secure sales meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain an organized database of prospects and follow up as needed.
  • Track and report outreach efforts, providing insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine outreach tactics and improve conversion rates.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with lead generation, sales outreach, or appointment setting.
  • Familiarity with Apollo.io, LinkedIn, email outreach, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently, meet goals, and manage time effectively.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in sales or marketing.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.
