Recovery Operations Associate

Position Summary:

The Recovery Operations Associate will support our clients and navigate operations within our Recovery division. Candidates will be expected to collaborate with leadership, develop strategic plans, and assist in managing key functions of the Recovery division. This is a full-time position on a primarily remote basis. Limited travel/deployment may be required by client request.

Responsibilities of the Recovery Operations Associate include:

• Produce and maintain internal documents for various types of operations.
• Support project and initiative management through tracking of assignments against deadlines and milestones, following up with key players, and maintaining overall visibility of the project/initiative’s status and progress.
• Coordinate technical proposal development and partner with Hagerty technical teams to create, modify, and finalize content in support of proposal development.
• Conceptualize and develop briefings, talking points, presentations, and other collateral to support the Recovery division.
• Lead preparation efforts for Hagerty’s participation in conferences, speaking engagements, corporate partnerships, and related activities.

Qualifications for the Recovery Operations Associate Include:

• At least one (1) year of professional experience in a team-oriented environment, which may include internships, academic settings, work studies, and/or part-time jobs in a role providing some support to leadership or management.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities to analyze complex situations, make informed decisions, and solve problems efficiently while managing multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Team player who can establish and maintain effective working relationships and collaborate with a diverse group of external stakeholders and internal staff members.
• Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint).

Compensation for the Recovery Operations Associate Includes:

• Salary Range of $55,000-$65,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
