In this position, you will work with a team of highly skilled consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. You will be supporting multiple initiatives at NEOGOV and for Power clients. This position's primary purpose is to manage project teams on customer engagements to ensure project deliverables and milestones are met. This position will lead project teams for various implementation projects simultaneously.
What You Will Do
Be responsible for the development of project plans, milestones and key project deliverables and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct risk assessment and mitigate identified issues that may impede project success.
Drive the process of gathering or confirming requirements, define the implementation project scope and develop engagement timelines/resources as needed.
Ensure projects are managed against the requirements of the scope of work and manage applicable deliverables.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, escalate and support clients as issues arise.
Contribute to internal process optimization and standardization initiatives.

What You Have
3-5 years of experience managing complex projects including; defining project scope, creating project plans, managing project resources, issue resolution, and status reporting.
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
HCM/TMS/Power experience is preferred but not required.
Experience working with public sector clients, preferred but not required.
