What will you be doing as an Implementation Specialist?
You will own the customer journey from contract signing to successful implementation of our CRM software.
You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and brand loyalty.
You will manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and proactive risk management
Liaise with internal teams, including Data Migrations, Training, Support and Product teams to ensure technical and operational needs are met for each customer
Gather feedback and share insights with Product and Customer Success teams to drive system and process improvements
Identify and drive process improvements within the onboarding team to streamline daily activities
What are we looking for?
Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills
Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives and large clients
Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritise tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of customer service
Technical aptitude with experience in software configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com) and platforms like Zendesk & Jira is desirable
This role may include occasional travel and overnight stays across the UK for client visits.
