What will you be doing as an Implementation Specialist?

  • You will own the customer journey from contract signing to successful implementation of our CRM software.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and brand loyalty.
  • You will manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and proactive risk management
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Data Migrations, Training, Support and Product teams to ensure technical and operational needs are met for each customer
  • Gather feedback and share insights with Product and Customer Success teams to drive system and process improvements
  • Identify and drive process improvements within the onboarding team to streamline daily activities

What are we looking for?

  • Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives and large clients
  • Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritise tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Technical aptitude with experience in software configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com) and platforms like Zendesk & Jira is desirable

This role may include occasional travel and overnight stays across the UK for client visits.
