Drives business productivity, efficiency and operations through innovation and project execution. Leverages technology solutions, system enhancements and process reengineering to streamline and improve operational efficiency. Provides Business Operations support within a defined organizational area or for assigned processes or process components.
Engages with functional / operational leaders to understand business systems, processes, objectives, challenges and areas for improvement.
Partners with internal and/or external process / design experts to: Create new processes, policies and solutions to support business objectives.
Develop re-engineering and other improvement objectives, project parameters and resource requirements.
Analyze workflows and identify issues, bottlenecks or other areas for effectiveness or efficiency improvement.
Provide necessary process education and training.
Contributes to the development and analysis of process improvement recommendations by serving as a project team member and supporting efforts of the team.
Works with Legal, Regulatory and HR to ensure compliance with applicable external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Operations Field Service.
Experience in field service repairs, electrical/ mechanical.
Support field service operations: Seeking experience in research, review repair on contracts/ service tickets
Advanced in Microsoft suite, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Create reports and presents to leaders
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent presentation skills
Self-starter takes initiative and proactive.
Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience.
